Janet E. Amacher specializes in Trust and Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Orphans Court Litigation, Commercial/Residential Real Estate Transactions, and Business Planning, Organization and Acquisition.  Janet has been serving clients in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia counties since 1993.  She received her B.S. from West Chester University, her M.A. from the University of Southern California, her J.D. from Villanova University, and a LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University.   Prior to beginning a solo practice in North Wales, PA in 2004,  Janet was a partner in the Norristown law firm of Trueblood and Amacher, LLP.

There are two components to each Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating:

General Ethical Standards Rating: The General Ethical Standards Rating denotes adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics, reliability, diligence and other criteria relevant to the discharge of professional responsibilities.

Rebecca C. Holladay, Paralegal

Rebecca C. Holladay received her B.A. degree in Business Administration from Arcadia University.  She gained experience with small business management while completing an internship for the Business Enterprise Centre in Sydney, Australia.  After that she worked in the title insurance industry where she gained knowledge about real estate law.  She began working with Janet in 2004.  She provides a supportive role in all aspects of the organization and management of files.

After the death of a loved one, Janet will assist you by:
